Another exciting aspect of the Festival del Gusto project is the setting up of a dedicated olive oil school focusing on central and southern Italy and its aim is to promote artisan produced organic and biodynamic olive oils. The school will be set up to hold tastings and workshops in different regions of Italy over the spring, summer and autumn of each year, the regions will include Le Marche, Umbria, Tuscany, Lazio, Abruzzo and Puglia.

Malta Food Event in December

Festivaldelgusto are very pleased to be working on an exciting new event in Malta this December held together with MCA , the Mediterranean Culinary Academy and several Slow Food groups from Italy and other Mediterranean countries. We have been planning to hold an organic and sustainable food event in Valletta the capital of Malta since the Slow Food Mediterranean conference in Valletta last October. It is hoped that the event can be held outside in the streets close to the beautiful Hastings Gardens, but if this is not possible because of the weather in December then it will be relocated to an indoor venue in another part
