Festivaldelgusto with Olivaverde

Festivaldelgusto will be working closely with the olive oil group Olivaverde at the new and exciting Breks Food festival in Norfolk this September.
Both groups have been involved with food, drink and lifestyle festivals in London and the east of England for many years and we are looking forward to our joint cooperating with the new Breks Food festival to be held at the Fire Pit near Swaffham in September which is being held in conjunction with the annual Slow Food festival that has been held at the Fire Pit Camp over the past three years.
One of the main aims of both Festivaldelgusto and Olivaverde is to be involved with local communities and events in areas in which we promote our fine artisan produced olive oils so we are very pleased to be involved with the Breks food festival for the first time. Festivaldelgusto normally are focused on events in Italy and the Mediterranean region but are pleased to be part of the Breks festival this year.

The Fire Pit Camp is an independent family run campsite with 15 pitches for campers, a large decorated warehouse which can be used for parties and social events as well as a large cafe bar, and has been featured in several national newspapers as one the  top campsite destinations in the UK.
The one day festival will include many food stalls all with local artisan food producers, live music, DJs, talks and workshops, the event is sponsored by Beeston's Brewery and supported by Norfolk Food and Drink Ltd.
This first Breks Food festival to be held at the Firepit and it will be held on Saturday 17th September starting at noon and as before it will attract visitors from both Norfolk and further afield and over the past three years events held at the Fire Pit Camp have rapidly increased in popularity as they offer the perfect family day out and also a showcase for some of best that local Norfolk food and drink has to offer. Olivaverde will be present with several other artisan food producers who are taking part which includes Chilli Fundamentals from west Norfolk as well as street food vendors from several local well known companies based in and around Norwich.

Norwich Christmas event

Norwich is a city which has seen a dramatic increase in interest in local food culture over the past five years and seems to have new restaurants, bars and cafes opening every month and an explosion of interest in good, sustainably sourced food and drink.
We are pleased to be involved with several small local food and drink businesses who have plans to hold food festivals and food related events across the city this December and in 2017, one of these is the local street food group, Feast on the Street who will be holding an Christmas festival at the Shoe factory Social club on the 10th December.
The festival at the old Shoe Factory will be the first collaboration between Feast on the Street, Slow Food Norwich and us at Festivaldelgusto, Feast on the Street are a small group of fifteen independent street food traders based in Norwich and in north Norfolk.
The venue where the festival is being held is a fantastic old factory and a warehouse near the centre of Norwich and unfortunately t…

Festival del Gusto in Senigallia this September

The Festival del Gusto events are primarily a celebration of small ethical producers of food, wine and olive oil producers in Italy, Malta and also the UK. These events aim to bring together producers, consumers and also trade representatives in an informal atmosphere to network and learn more about the produce that is available from them.  The initial Festival on September 14th to be held at the Locanda Strada della Marina near the Adriatic resort of Senigallia will be a unique occasion to meet small artisan producers from the Le Marche region of eastern Italy and to taste some typical food, wine and olive oil from this very beautiful and unspoilt part of Italy. The Senigallia Festival will be a "taster event" and will be the first of a series of similar events to be held in Italy, Malta and the UK in 2014. The other Festivals will include an event in Cortona,Tuscany, one near Norwich in Norfolk this November and another in Valletta, Malta next May. Slow Food Norwich together…
