Festival del Gusto

Festivaldelgusto are very pleased to be working on an exciting new event in Malta this December held together with MCA , the Mediterranean Culinary Academy and several Slow Food groups from Italy and other Mediterranean countries. We have been planning to hold an organic and sustainable food event in Valletta the capital of Malta since the Slow Food Mediterranean conference in Valletta last October. The event will mainly be aimed toward promoting small artisan producers from around the Mediterranean region as well as representatives from many of the countries taking part. During the day there will be a series of workshops, talks and pop up street food stands as well as a dedicated kitchen where chefs can prepare dishes which are typical of their home countries. It is hoped that the event can be held outside in the streets close to the beautiful Hastings Gardens, but if this is not possible because of the weather in December then it will be relocated to an indoor venue in another part...

The Festivaldelgusto later this month will be held again at the beautiful Castello di Monterado in the Le Marche region of Italy. We are very pleased to be holding this prestigious event again in this beautiful castle in the village of Monterado in the Le Marche region of eastern Italy and there are plans to hold other similar events there in the future. This year the Festivaldelgusto will be held on Sunday 27th September and there will be many new Marchigiani producers present this year in addition to many of the artisan food and drink producers who were present at the event last year. The Festival in 2014 attracted many of the best local food and wine producers from the northern and central provinces of the Marche region, and we are pleased that this year we will also have several producers from the south of Marche.
